Our flagship product is the Lox Club, a membership-based community for Jew-ish singles with ridiculously high standards.
We are growing rapidly and investing heavily in the future by opening new clubs targeting elite singles in niche communities, creating original programming via Lox media, and expanding into physical spaces.

The Role
Lox Club is looking for a Director of Finance and Business Development to lead and oversee financial operations, strategic planning, and new business opportunities that accelerate our growth. You’ll be a key driver behind the success of our product, defining and implementing data-backed strategies that help us achieve our KPIs.
You will work cross-functionally to support all teams with assessing and delivering data-driven recommendations and insights for growth. You will also develop and spearhead new business opportunities. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in financial analysis and forecasting, as well as a clear understanding of product analytics and user engagement metrics. You should have superior strategic, financial, and relationship skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. What You'll Do…
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
Create, analyze, and maintain data models across finance, product, and user engagement to gain an in-depth understanding of performance and critical business needs and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections and effective resource allocation
Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders
Support leadership team with development of growth strategy, including new apps and features, increasing users and retention, and growing market share of existing and new markets
Identify, evaluate, develop, and implement strategic initiatives and opportunities that improve business efficiency, processes, and results, including market entry strategies, product/service expansion, and geographic expansion
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and market potential
Measure results of new initiatives and product updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue generation, enhance market positioning, and create sustainable competitive advantages.
Help all teams incorporate data into day-to-day decision-making and goal-setting
Create and upkeep SaaS financial and business model
Communicate key insights and findings to teams and leadership
Maintain thorough knowledge of important market and industry trends
Requirements…
5+ years of proven experience in highly strategic roles, business development, finance management, data analytics
Strong financial acumen and a track record of driving financial growth and profitability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across all departments regarding recommendations and financial and product updates
Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business conditions
Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Lox Club and our SaaS business models
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of Looker Studio preferred
Knowledge of Mixpanel preferred
Finance background preferred
