Profile & Account

  • Head to the Me tab > tap view profile > tap edit profile > tap the photo(s) you want to change.

  • Head to the Me tab > tap and hold the circle frame for 5 seconds to reload all pictures.

  • Head to the Me tab > tap view profile > tap edit profile > tap into the section you want to edit.

  • Hide:

    Head to the Me tab > tap view profile > tap edit profile > tap Instagram > uncheck "visible on profile".

    Change:

    Head to the Me tab > tap view profile > tap edit profile > tap Instagram > tap "here" to text us your new handle. Then DM @loxclub from your new handle to verify you own the account.

Subscription

  • Head to your phone settings > tap name > tap subscriptions > tap Lox Club > tap cancel.

  • We don't have the capability to pause where you are in your subscription.

  • Visitor tier is Lox Club's free membership.

    Visitor tier offers:

    - IRL event access in our major cities (including member-hosted events)

    - Access to the Boost feature

    - An active profile in the community, in case you decide to subscribe and swipe later

    - Access to our Q&A date game (called "Josie's Game”)

    - And newsletter access where we send out dating advice, news from the community, updates, and more

  • Every event has its own age bracket to engage different sets of members. We hope to create an environment that gives members the best opportunity at making real connections.

  • Head to the events tab > tap the event you’re interested in attending > tap "Apply".

    Did you know Visitor tier members can apply to events, too? See you there.

  • Boost promotes your profile to even more members, then displays the likes you received.
